健康教育在脑卒中患者康复中的作用

目的探讨健康教育对急性脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法将患者分为宣教组（n=126）和对照组（n=117），对宣教组的急性脑卒中患者及家属进行健康教育，并与未进行健康教育的对照组患者预后进行对比。结果宣教组患者的生活方式较对照组有明显改善（P〈0．05），并发症较对照组显著减少（P〈0．05）。2组之间差别有统计学意义。结论必须加强对脑卒中患者的健康教育，它可显著改善患者的预后。并产生较大的社会和经济效益。

Effect of Health Education in Rehabilitation of Patients with Stroke

Objective： To explore the influence of health education in rehabilitation of patients with stroke. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group（117 cases） was given routine nursing, while the research group patients and their relatives（126 cases） were given health education based on the routine nursing. Compare the rehabilitation of two group＇s patients. Results： Compare to the control group,the life style of research group patients were improved significantly （p〈0.05）, and the complication rate also decreased （p〈0.05）.Conclusion： Strengthen the health education of stoke patients could prevent the complication and improve the rehabilitation.
