| 摘 要： | 采用术中肝动脉栓塞化疗联合门静脉栓塞化疗治疗不能切除的原发性肝癌３２例，治疗后ＡＦＰ下降率为７８．３％，肿瘤缩小率为９０．６％，半年，１年，２年生经分别为９０．６％，７９．３％，５２．１％；而同期行经皮肌动脉插管肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗３０例，治疗后ＡＦＰ下降率为５７．１％，肿瘤缩小率为６６．７％，半年，１年，２年存率分别为７０．０％，５７．１％，１６．７％两组ＡＦＰ下降率，肿瘤缩小率，半年１，年生经年
