从服务模式、服务内容、服务队伍三个方面,对网络化数字化环境下医院图书馆积极开展知识服务的问题进行了探讨,提出有条件的医院图书馆可实行学科馆员制度,并充分利用导航库、信息推送和智能代理等现代信息技术手段,为临床医教研提供基于专业化、个性化的知识服务.

Knowledge service of hospital libraries in the networked and digitized environment

Explored in this paper is the knowledge service developed in hospital libraries in the networked and digitized environment from service pattern,contents and contingent of librarians.The author proposed that libraries whose conditions were ripe could implement the system of subject librarians,made use of the modern technological means such as navigating databases,information pushing and intelligence proxy to provide professional and personal knowledge service for clinical treatment,teaching and research.
