| 摘 要： | 脑梗塞的病因病机：积损正衰、五志过极、饮食不节、气虚邪中、痰涎壅盛、气候变化，主要在于气血亏虚、心肝肾三脏阴阳失调，以肝肾阴虚为根本。醒脑净注射液具有清热解毒、活血、凉血、开窍醒脑的功能，川芎嗪具有活血化瘀，通络之功，可改善微循环，增加脑血流量，改善脑缺血的症状，促进肢体功能恢复。
