大鼠脊髓灰质向上丘和束旁核的直接投射及其相互联系——HRP逆行标记法

摘    要:在大白鼠束旁核(PF)和上丘(SC)深部(中、深层)微电泳导入HRP溶液,用逆行标记法证明脊髓灰质全长有脊髓—PF投射和脊髓—SC深部投射。两种投射的标记细胞主要分布在脊髓Rexed第Ⅳ、Ⅴ及Ⅰ、Ⅱ层,前角偶有少量标记细胞。脊髓—PF为双侧投射,脊髓—SC深部主要为对侧投射。PF和SC之间有SC—PF单向投射,未见有PF—SC直接投射。

Abstract:The cells of the spinal gray (SG) which project to the deep layers of the superior colliculus (SC) and the nucleus parafascicularis (PF) in the rat were identified by means of the Free-horseradish peroxidase (F-HRP) retrograde tracing technique. SG-PF cells were seen throughout the whole length of the spinal cord in the Rexed laminae Ⅳ-Ⅴ, Ⅰ-Ⅱ and a small number of labelled cells were also observed in the ventral horns, bilaterally. SG-SC cells were also distributed mainly in the Rexed laminae Ⅳ-Ⅴ, Ⅰ-Ⅱ and the ventral horn of the spinal cord contralateral to the injection site. The projection of SCPF has been demonstrated, but not of PF-SC.
