| 摘 要： | 目的 采用《原机启微》中羌活胜风汤加减而拟定的基本方对聚星障的临床效果进行研究。方法 运用基本方(羌活、白芷、川芎、防风、柴胡、前胡、黄苓、薄荷、板兰根、大青叶、银花、蒲公英、桔梗、甘草)随证变通治疗聚星障188例,198只眼将其分为肝经风热型,肝经火炽型、湿热蕴伏型、阴虚邪留等四型分别辨证论,并自行设计Ⅰ至Ⅲ级疗效标准。结果 经3—5年的临床随访观察,总有效率94.4％,复发率仅6.06％,平均疗程为16.25天。结论 在应用羌活胜风汤基本方治疗聚星障时,必须注意因邪势不同禀赋各异、加减用药,也须随机应变,即可达到疗效好,复发低,疗程短的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the Clininal eifect of modified Qianyhuo shengfeng Tang on dendritic kerititis. Method The formulat was prescribed for 188 cases (198eyes) with the basic ingredients in modified amautt. Auording to the different causes and symptoms, dendritic keratitis in study was dicided into four groups.4 standards of curative effect were set up. Resrlfs The general effective rate over a follow- up of 3 - 5 year was 94.4% ;The recurrent rate was 6.06% ;the average course of treatment was 16.25 clays. Conclusion In practice, the basic formulae must be modified according to particular pathogenic factors and nafures so that it can achieve fast and good effect. |
