| 摘 要： | 目的观察桔梗是否有促进胆汁分泌的作用，揭示其在天王补心丸中的作用机制。方法行大鼠胆总管插管术后，用刻度试管每0．5h收集1次胆汁，共收集3h，观察胆汁流量。结果桔梗能使大鼠的胆汁分泌量显著增加（P〈0．05）。结论桔梗的利胆作用所致胆酸盐分泌增加可促进天王补心丸中酸枣仁等脂溶性安神成分的溶出增加，作用增强。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe whether Radix Platycodonis promotes choleresis and to reveal the mechanism of its action in Tianwangbuxin Pills. Methods After common bile duct encheiresis,the bile was collected with scale test tube once per 0. 5 h, for 3 h in all. The yield of bile flow was surveyed. Results The secretory volume was increased under the contribution of Radix Platycodonis significantly （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The increased cholate resulted from choleretic effect of Radix Platycodonis is able to promote the increase of dissolution of liposoluble component calming the nerves from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in Tianwangbuxin Pills and strengthen the action. |
