| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠晚期合并重症肝炎的产科治疗。方法：回顾性分析本院3例妊娠晚期合并重症肝炎的病例资料。结果：及时终止妊娠使得3例的病情均迅速缓解。结论：妊娠晚期合并重症肝炎一经确诊应及时终止妊娠，补充凝血因子可预防和治疗产科出血的发生。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the therapy for fulminant hepatitis occurring in the third trimester of pregnancy.Meth-ods3 cases of fulminant hepatitis in the third trimester of pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsAll the patientswere relieved rapidly after the termination of pregnancy taken.ConclusionThe termination of pregnancy and supplement ofcoagulation factors must be taken as soon as fulminant hepatitis in the third trimester of pregnancy is confirmed. |
