摘    要:<正> 动物实验证明全血谷胱甘肽还原酶(BGR)的活性系数(AC)评价核黄素营养状况具有灵敏、准确、简便、能反应核黄素代谢状况等优点。经改进后的方法只需微量血和国产光电比色计,操作方便。为了进一步验证在营养调查中是否适用,我们在天津的两个单位里进行了现场试验。


THE APPLICATION OF BLOOD GLUTATHIONE REDUCTASE ACTIVATION COEFFICIENTS IN NUTRITION SURVEY
Abstract:In the nutrition survey of two units, 111 young men were examined both for blood glutathione reductase (BGR) activition coefficients (AC) and daily excretion of riboflavin in urine for evaluation of their riboflavin status. The average AC value was 1.44 as determined by NADPH method and 1.57 by NADH method, while the average daily urinary excretion of riboflavin was 210 μg. The riboflavin status was then considered to be around the lower limit of normal range.Twenty-two men with AC values above 1.50 were treated with 15 mg riboflavin daily for 6 days, the average of their AC values dropped from 1.65 to 0.96. Twenty men of another unit showed the similar change of average AC from 1.51 to 0.94 after B2 treatment, while the controls didn't show any change. So the BGR AC technique was compatible with the urinary B2 excretion method in evaluating riboflavin status, and was much simpler and more sensitive as applied in the field nutrition survey.
