哈尔滨太平国际机场蝇类调查结果分析及防制对策

摘    要:〔目的〕及时掌握哈尔滨太平国际机场蝇类密度及种群分布情况,为开展口岸蝇类控制和传染病监测工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕2005年4~10月以机场生活区、野外、垃圾处理场为生态调查点,采用笼诱法,对捕获的成蝇用乙醚熏杀后进行种群鉴定、计数,选择完整成蝇制成标本。〔结果〕本次调查共捕获蝇类4497只,经鉴定隶属于有翅目4科11属25种。优势种为厩腐蝇、粪种蝇、灰地种蝇和黑尾黑麻蝇。平均密度39.45只/笼;6、7月份为高峰期。〔结论〕本次调查基本摸清了哈尔滨太平国际机场蝇类的种群构成、密度及季节消长情况,完善了口岸媒介本底档案,为科学制定防治蝇传疾病措施提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To understand the density and species distribution of flies at Taiping international airport in Harbin,and to provide the basis for controlling and monitoring infectious diseas.Methods From April to October in 2005,the cage-catching ways were adopted to investigate flies at airport living area,field and garbage disposal sit.After smoking by aether,species identification,and counting were conducted,meawhile intact flies were chosen to make samples.Rcsult 4 497 flies were classified by 25 species 11 gcnus 4 familtes Diptera Cyclorrhapha Schizophora Myiodaria Ccalyptratae.Dominant species were Muscina stabulans Fallen,Adia cinerclla fallen,Delia platura meigcn and Helicophagella melanura.Average density was 39.45 flics per cage;the peak was in June and July.Conclusion It is necessary to know species composing,density and seasonal growth and decay of fly vector Harbin Taiping international airport,meanwhile consummate vector background record at port.It is effective means to provide the basis for monitoring infectious diseases.
