摘    要:目的探讨飞行环境对各机种飞行员颈椎及周围软组织产生的影响。方法对83名歼击机、强击机和80名运输机、轰炸机飞行员颈椎X线表现进行对比分析。结果歼击机、强击机飞行员与运输机、轰炸机飞行员颈椎分类X线表现中,椎体不稳有非常显著差异,项韧带钙化有明显差异,生理曲度异常35岁(含35岁)以下有明显差异。结论持续性过载作用对颈椎及周围软组织产生急性损伤。

Abstract:Objectivo To investigate the effects of flight environment on the cervical vertebra and surrounding soft tissue of the various models pilots. Me〈daods compared 83 pilots cervical vertebra X-ray of fighters and attack aircraft with 80 pilots cervical vertebra X-ray of transport and bomber aircraft . Results the classified X-ray manifestations of fighter, attack aircraft pilots and planes, bomber pilots show that there are very significant difference in cervical vertebral instability and nuchal ligament calcification and abnormal physiological curvature of 35 years of age (including 35 years of age). Conclusion The role of the continuous overload cause acute damage of cervical vertebra and soft tissue.
