完善我国公立医院管理体制意向调查研究

目的 了解公立医院管理者对公立医院管理体制的认识,为进一步完善公立医院管理体制提供实证信息和建议.方法 理论分析、现场问卷调查和焦点组访谈.结果 目前医院管理者与专家对公立医院管理权限划分存在一定差距.结论 应进一步明确政府公立医院所有者代表和院长经营者身份,适当调整两者的权力划分,确保公立医院社会公益性的职能.

Survey on intention of improving the management system of public hospitals in China

Objective To understand the knowledge of the managers about the management system of public hospitals,and tO provide evidence and make suggestions on further improving the management system of public hospitals.Methods Theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey and focus group interviews were used in this study.Results There existed some difference in division of management authority of public hospitals between the hospital managers and the experts of hospital management. Conclusion The roles of government and managers of public hospitals should be further specified and the responsibilities of both should be adjusted tO ensure the public welhre of public hospitals.
