| 摘 要： | 背景与目的： 采用FITC标记的无唾液酸胎球蛋白(FITC-ASF)对人精子去唾液酸糖蛋白受体(ASGP-R)进行定位和监测。 材料与方法： 采用FITC标记ASGP-R天然配体无唾液酸胎球蛋白得到FITC-ASF，进一步使用FITC-ASF对人精子表面ASGP-R标记，通过免疫荧光和流式细胞术检测其应用于外源ASF蛋白与该受体结合情况。 结果： FITC-ASF能够较好的标记人精子表面ASGP-R，并成功应用于外源蛋白与该受体的结合。 结论： 本研究为获得一种适合临床广泛应用的新的简便易行的ASGP-R监测方法提供了实验基础。
