基质金属蛋白酶9与糖尿病血管病变相关研究进展

摘    要:糖尿病以其发病率高、各种急慢性并发病多、预后差等特点,备受人们关注,其中对血管病变的研究甚多。近年来研究发现基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)与糖尿病血管病变关系密切,参与多种生理和病理损伤过程,通过过度降解血管基底膜的主要结构成分Ⅱ型胶原,及破坏覆盖于斑块表面的纤维帽,在血管病变发生、发展中起关键性的作用。

Abstract:Diabetes becomes more and more concerned because of its high incidence,acute and chronic complications,and poor prognosis.The studies of vascular pathogenesis prevail recently.Some studies have discovered that matrix metal to proteinase-9(MMP-9)is closely associated with diabetes and angiopathy.MMP-9 plays a vital role in the angiopathy,as it participates in many physiological and pathological processes,through excessively degrading collagen type II,the primary structural component of vascular basement membrane,and destructing the fibrous cap covering plaque.
