残留期、衰退期精神分裂症患者的人格特征

目的 :测量残留期、衰退期精神分裂症患者的人格特征 ,观察精神分裂症所致人格改变的特点及偏离程度。方法 :采用修订卡特尔十六种人格因素量表 (简称 16PF)对 30例残留期、衰退期精神分裂症患者 (研究组 )和30例非残留期、衰退期精神分裂症患者 (对照组 )进行对照分析。结果 :研究组与对照组对比 ,低恃强E、低兴奋F有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,低乐群A、低稳定C、低敢为H、高独立Q2、低紧张Q4有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其他 9种人格因素无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :研究组与对照组人格特征存在差异 ,这些差异及差异程度是精神分裂症疾病所致

The personality features of the schizophrenic patients during residual period and degeneration period

OBJECTIVE: To measure the personality features of the schizophrenic patients during residual period and degeneration period and to observe the features and degrees of personality change caused by schizophrenia. METHODS: Made a comparison between 30 schizophrenic patients during residual period and degeneration period (research group) and 30 schizophrenic patients during non residual period and non degeneration period (control group) by means of the revised Cattell 16 kinds of personality factor scale (16PF). RESULTS: There were significant differences in the degree of lower E and lower F (P<0 01) and obvious differences in the degree of lower A, lower C, lower H, higher Q2 and lower Q4 (P<0 05) between the research group and the control group, but there were no significant differences in the degree of other 9 kinds of personality factor (P>0 05). CONCLUSION: There were differences between the two groups. The differences and degrees were caused by schizophrenia.
