| 摘 要： | 通过直接利用环氧氯丙烷的水解液中的3－氯－1，2－丙二醇和改良成品析晶法及重结晶溶剂等工艺改进，愈创甘油醚的总收率可达80％（以愈创木酚计）。其中环氧氯丙烷单耗从1．09降至0．73，醚化收率提高15％，精制单批收率提高50％。

| Abstract: | The synthesis of guaifenesin was improved by direct application of the hydrolyzate of epichlorohydrin for the etherification with guaiacol and using toluene and ethyl acetate as the solvents for crystallization and recrystallization, respectively. The overall yield was above 80%. |
