摘    要:【目的】了解手足口病的病原学状况及临床特点。【方法】采集临床诊断手足口病患者的粪便、咽拭子标本进行病毒分离,采用肠道病毒通用引物和EV71、CoxA16特异性引物进行RT-PCR鉴定,并对不同病原临床症状和体征关系进行分析。【结果】在采集到的136例患者标本中,66例肠道病毒核酸阳性,阳性检出率为48.52%,其中45份为EV71病毒和21份为其他肠道病毒,未捡出CoxA16,检出率分别为33.08%和15.44%;咽拭子和粪便标本肠道病毒阳性检出率分别56.52%和31.81%;不同病原致病的惠儿的临床症状和体征差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。【结论】引起瑞安市手足口病主要病原是EV71,分子生物学方法检测可用于手足口病早期诊断。

Pathogenic Detection and Clinical Characteristics of 136 Patients with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

Abstract:[Objective] To analyze the pathogens of 136 patients with hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD). [Methods] Stool and throat swabs were collected from patients of HFMD. The positive rates were tested by RT-PCR assay with Enterovirus consensus primer and specific primer for VP1 genes of Enterovirus 71 and Coxsackie A16, respectively. And the relationship between pathogens and clinical signs and symptoms of patients were studied. [Results] In the specimens collected from 136 patients, the positive rate of pan-enterovirus,Enterovirus 71 and other enterovirus were 48.52%, 33.08% and 15.44%, respectively. No Coxsackie A16 was detected. The positive rate of throat swabs and stool was 56.52% and 31.81%, respectively. There was no obvious difference in clinicat signs and symptoms of patient with different pathogens ( P〉0.05). [Conclusion] The major pathogen of HFMD is Enterovirus 71 in Ruian city. Molecular biological methods can be used early for pathogenic diagnosis of hand foot and mouth diseases.
