| 摘 要： | 高等医学院校是培养未来新型医学人才的摇篮，医德教育是高等医学院校政治思想教育中的一个重要组成部分，是塑造现代高素质医学人才的重要途径。医德素质的培养，需要以人文社科教学为指导，得到学校领导政策性的支持，以及其他医学专业课教师对医德教育的重视和医德教育手段、方法的有力提高，使学生树立充满人文精神的医德意识，在人文的视角下审视医学的本质和价值。

| Abstract: | Medical colleges and universities are the cradle for the cultivation of new type medical talents.The medical ethics education is also a key part of universities' ideological and political education.The cultivation of medical ethics quality should depend on the guide of the arts,the policy support of college leaders,and the improvement of educational ways of different teachers,which makes medical students set up medical ethics filled with the spirit of the arts. |
