| 摘 要： | 目的:观察木瓜乙醇提取物对慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用CCl4制作慢性肝损伤大鼠模型,灌胃给予不同剂量木瓜乙醇提取物,观察大鼠的一般活动状态,检测ALT、AST、GGT、ALP等生化指标。结果:治疗组大鼠一般状态显著改善,ALT、AST、GGT、ALP指标明显下降,与病理模型组比较(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:木瓜乙醇提取物具有较好的降酶护肝作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of alcohol extracts of FRUCTUS CHAENOMELES (AEFC) on protecting the chronically hepatic damnification .Methods:The hepatic damnification model was established by injecting CCl4 in rats.The different groups of rats were gave(ig.) different dose of AEFC. Their commonly living conditions were observed and the index of ALT, AST, GGT and ALP were examined. Results:Compared to pathological groups the status of therapy groups were improved, the index of ALT, AST,GGT and ALP were decreased markedly(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:Alcohol extracts of FRUCTUS CHAENOMELES has the effects of protecting hepar and decreasing enzyme to a certain extent. |
