| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿托品微量泵持续静脉推注在治疗急性有机磷农药中毒中的临床疗效。方法：将51例急性中重度有机磷农药中毒患者随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组：采用微量注射泵持续静脉推注阿托品;对照组：采用常规间断分次按时静脉推注阿托品。其他抢救措施及药物应用相同,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组阿托品化时间、阿托品剂量及反跳和中毒的发生率与对照组相比较明显减少,治愈率为96.2%高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：阿托品微量泵持续静脉推注治疗急性有机磷中毒用药方法简便,易于观察和调整阿托品用量,能缩短阿托品化时间,减少阿托品中毒及反跳的发生率,提高抢救成功率。
