儿童重症肺炎从痰毒辨治探析

劳风病为《黄帝内经》所述热病变证的一种,其临床表现为恶风振寒、项强目昏、咳吐大量青黄脓痰,与小儿重症肺炎的症状特点相类似。本文从劳风病的角度,结合小儿生理特点,考虑小儿重症肺炎病机为体虚感邪,邪陷肺下,生痰成毒,痰毒暴虐,以致损伤全身脏腑器官;治疗以"巨阳引""以救俯仰"为要,既透表泻里,又豁痰解毒,同时重视小儿正气不足的发病基础,扶正以祛邪。小儿体质强壮、排痰顺畅者,预后良好,反之则预后不佳。

Discussion on Phlegm Toxin Differentiation and Treatment of Severe Pneumonia in Children

Laofeng is a kind of heat disease syndrome described in Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor.Its symptoms are bad wind cold,stiff neck,dizziness,cough with a lot of green and yellow purulent sputum,sharing similar characteristics of children with severe pneumonia symptoms.From the perspective of Laofeng,combined with the physiological characteristics of children,the pathogenesis of severe pneumonia in children is body deficiency and pathogenic factors,which are trapped in the lungs,causing phlegm to become toxic,which are violent and damage the organs and organs of the whole body.The treatment should focus on"Ju Yang Yin"and"Yi Jiu Fu Yang".It can not only penetrate the exterior and reduce the interior,but also remove phlegm and realize detoxification.At the same time,we should pay attention to the pathogenesis basis of children’s deficiency of healthy qi and strengthen the body to invigorate the right and remove the evil.Children with strong constitution and smooth expectoration have a good prognosis,otherwise,the prognosis is poor.
