Construction and application of cluster evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI

Objective To explore the construction and application of cluster evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI.Methods From January 2019 to June 2019,162 patients with coronary heart disease treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 81 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional conventional nursing and the experimental group was given the cluster evidence-based nursing.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were investigated and compared between the two groups,and the scores of anxiety,depression,and quality of life before and after the intervention were also investigated ad compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.70% vs.18.52%,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased,which in the experimental group [(41.44±5.34),(40.19±5.63)] were lower than those in the control group [(47.52±5.75),(46.71±5.78)](P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical,psychological,social relation and treatment dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased,which in the experimental group [(20.39±4.42),(15.01±3.23),(4.04±1.34),(3.22±1.12)] were lower than those in the control group [(26.42±4.34),(19.98±3.50),(6.11±2.01),(5.82±1.34)](P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group(96.30%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.42%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cluster evidence-based nursing construction and application in the patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI is clear and definite.It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of the patients,and also alleviate the degrees of anxiety and depression,and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction.So it is worthy of clinical application.
