真武汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎（脾肾阳虚证）临床疗效的Meta分析研究

目的 真武汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎（脾肾阳虚证）临床疗效的系统性评价分析。方法 采用主题词、自由词和款目词相结合的方法在中英文献数据库（中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、pubmed、The Cochrane Library和Embase数据库）中检索关于真武汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎（脾肾阳虚证）的随机对照研究，设立文献纳入标准并据此评价所检索文献，对纳入文献中临床有效率、中医证候积分进行meta分析，同时进行敏感性分析和偏倚分析。常规治疗组设置为对照组，联合真武汤组设置为试验组。结果 纳入文献8项，临床有效率合并效应值分析显示试验组临床有效率显著优于对照组（P <0.00001）；中医证候积分试验组患者显著低于对照组（P <0.0001）。敏感性分析发现任意删除某项研究不影响总体分析结果，偏倚性研究提示发表存在偏倚。结论真武汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎对中医证候积分产生显著影响临床疗效确切。

Meta-analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:To conduct a systematic evaluation and analysis of the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney.Methods:Subject terms combined with free words and MeSH terms were searched in Chinese and foreign literature databases(CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,and Embase database)for randomized controlled studies of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency ulcerative colitis.The literature inclusion criteria were established,and the retrieved literature was evaluated based on this;meta-analysis was performed on the clinical efficacy rate and TCM syndrome scores in the included literature,and sensitivity analysis and bias analysis were also performed.The conventional treatment group was set as the control group,and the combined Zhenwu Decoction group was set as the experimental group.Results:Eight studies were included.The combined effect size analysis of clinical effective rate showed that the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.00001);the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.0001).Sensitivity analysis found that arbitrary deletion of 1 study did not affect the overall analysis results,and biased studies suggested that there was publication bias.Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction applied for ulcerative colitis has a significant effect on the TCM syndrome score and the clinical effect is definite.
