Efficacy Observation of Self-designed Jieyu Litan Decoction for Stable Angina Pectoris in Coronary Artery Disease(Intermin-gled Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of the self-designed Jieyu Litan Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease(intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)and to investigate its mechanism of action.Methods:Sixty patients were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Jieyu Litan Decoction for 3 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom score,TCM symptom efficacy,Seattle Angina Questionnai(SAQ)score,blood lipid level and inflammatory factor indexes were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The TCM symptom scores decreased in all groups at 1 and 3 weeks after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group at 1 and 3 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Each SAQ score was better than that before treatment in each group after treatment(P<0.05),and PL,AS,AF,TS,and DP values were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin both groups showed a decreasing trend after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and all levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed Jieyu Litan Decoction can effectively reduce the blood lipid level and inflammatory factor indexes in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),improve their quality of life and bring into play the anti-inflammatory advantages of Chinese medicine.
