| 摘 要： | 随着转化医学的发展,生物标志物在医药学的临床应用和基础研究中起着越来越重要的作用,不仅能够预测、发现、鉴别疾病的发生和进展,还可以用于药物基因组学,指导临床合理用药,并为新药研发提供思路和支持,是实现精准医疗的重要手段。本文从生物标志物的概念、发展、应用等方面,全面阐述生物标志物这个领域,帮助药学专业的学生更好的理解和掌握相关知识。

| Abstract: | With the development of translational medicine, biomarkers play an increasingly important role in the clinical application and basic research of medicine, which can not only predict, detect and identify the occurrence and progression of diseases, but also be used in pharmacogenomics, guide the rational use of drugs in clinical practice, and provide ideas and support for the research and development of new drugs, which is an important means to achieve precision medicine. This article comprehensively elaborates the field of biomarkers from the aspects of the concept, development, and application of biomarkers to help pharmacy students better understand and master the relevant knowledge. |
