医院药师岗位评价指标体系的建立及其认可度信效度的调查分析

摘    要:目的:建立医院药师岗位评价指标体系,并对其进行认可度、信度和效度分析。方法:采用Delphi法、层次分析法和质性研究等多种研究方法相结合,建立医院药师岗位评价指标体系;编制医院药师岗位评价指标重要性的调查问卷,对郑州市10家三甲医院的471名药师进行调查。结果:建立的医院药师岗位评价指标体系包括5个一级指标,31个二级指标;各指标的认可度均≥50%;探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,与理论构建基本相符,累计方差贡献率为79.185%,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.832~1.000,量表水平的全体一致内容效度指数为0.908,量表水平的平均内容效度指数为0.911;总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.990,Guttman Split-Half系数为0.880。结论:构建的医院药师岗位评价指标体系具有较高的认可度和良好的信效度,可作为医院药师岗位评价的测量工具,为医院药师岗位管理、岗位评价和绩效考核提供科学可靠的理论基础。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the post evaluation index system of hospital pharmacists and analyze its recognition,reliability and validity.METHODS The post evaluation index system of hospital pharmacists was constructed by using Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,and qualitative research,et al.A questionnaire on the importance of post evaluation index of hospital pharmacists was used to investigate 471 pharmacists in 10 Grade 3A hospitals of Zhengzhou.RESULTS The post evaluation index system of hospital pharmacists was established,which includes 5 first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators.The recognition of each index was ≥ 50%.Five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,which were basically consistent with the theoretical construction,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 79.185%,the content validity index of item level was 0.832~1.000,the all consistent content validity index of scale level was 0.908,and the average content validity index of scale level was 0.911.The total Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.990 and the Guttman Split-Half coefficient was 0.880.CONCLUSION The post evaluation index system of hospital pharmacists has high recognition,good reliability and validity,which can be used as a measuring tool for post evaluation of hospital pharmacists,and will provide a scientific and reliable theoretical basis for post management,post evaluation and performance appraisal of hospital pharmacists.
