摘    要:目的探讨情景模拟结合案例教学法在《听力学》见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月- 2019年5月在中山大学附属第一医院听力中心进行听力学见习40名学生,将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用情景模拟结合案例教学法教学。见习结束,两组学生均进行相应理论及操作考试与问卷调查,对比研究两种教学方式教学效果。结果试验组学生的病例分析题成绩、理论成绩及操作成绩与对照组比较,优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在临床思维能力、医患沟通能力、课堂吸收率、理论知识掌握程度及对教学方式的满意程度等方面,两组学员评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组。结论情景模拟结合案例教学法可有效提高听力学见习教学质量,适合于听力学教学。

Abstract:Objective    To explore the effect of situationalsimulation combined with case teaching method in audiology practice teaching.Methods    Forty students were forclinical clerkship in the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen Universityfrom January 2019 to May 2019. They were divided into two groups: experimentalgroup and control group. The former used situational simulation combined withcase teaching method, while the latter used traditional teaching method. At theend of clinical clerkship, two groups were given the corresponding theoreticaland operational tests and questionnaires to compare the teaching effects of thetwo teaching modes. Results   Comparedwith the control group, the results of case analysis, theoretical examinationand practical operation in the experimental group were better than those in thetraditional group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). In terms ofclinical thinking ability, doctor-patient communication ability, classroomabsorption rate, mastery of theoretical knowledge and satisfaction withteaching methods, the differences between the two groups of students werestatistically significant (P<0.05), and the experimental group performedbetter than the control group. Conclusion  Situational simulation combined with case teaching can effectivelyimprove the quality of audiology practice teaching, which is suitable foraudiology teaching.
