摘    要:代谢组学已然成为发现生物标志物的强大工具,可系统地分析生物体在疾病状态或者外源性干预下所发生的内源性代谢物的变化。在器官移植领域,代谢组学的应用有助于尽早地识别有排斥反应风险及损伤的器官,同时锁定免疫抑制剂毒性导致的代谢表型改变,筛选新的潜在器官移植生物标志物。分析技术的进步为代谢组学带来了突飞猛进的发展。本文综合近几年国内外的研究文献,就代谢组学在器官移植研究中的应用进行总结归纳,重点讨论移植器官损伤及免疫抑制剂药理学监测方面的研究进展,以更好地了解移植器官损伤的分子机制和药物作用机制。

Abstract:Metabolomics has become a powerful tool for the discovery of biomarkers,which can systematically analyze the changes of endogenous metabolites that occur in organisms under disease conditions or exogenous intervention.In the field of organ transplantation,the application of metabolomics helps to identify organs at risk of rejection and injury as early as possible,while locking metabolic phenotype changes caused by immunosuppressive agent toxicity and screening new potential organ transplantation biomarkers.Advances in analytical technology have brought about rapid development in metabolomics.Based on the research literatures at home and abroad in recent years,the application of metabolomics in organ transplantation research is summarized and summarized,focusing on the research progress of organ transplantation injury and pharmacological monitoring of immunosuppressive agents,in order to better understand the molecular mechanism of organ transplantation injury and drug mechanism of action.
