重庆某高校护生新型冠状病毒肺炎知识及心理状况调查

目的了解重庆某高校护生新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)知识及心理状况现状,为后期开展宣传教育及心理干预提供依据。方法方便抽取重庆某高校在校护生1250人,通过问卷星平台,使用COVID-19知识问卷、一般心理问卷及焦虑自评量表进行调查。结果护生知识得分为(7.26±1.33)分,处于中等偏上水平;焦虑得分为(39.40±7.10)分,高于国内常模(P<0.01);多元线性逐步回归分析显示,年级、独生子女情况、知识水平、朋友或同学等有无(疑似)感染者、所在社区有无(疑似)感染者是护生焦虑水平的影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论护生COVID-19知识掌握较好,但知识全面性有待进一步提高,部分护生存在焦虑情绪,提示高校应加强COVID-19相关知识宣传,同时注重护生的心理疏导。

Investigation on novel coronavirus pneumonia knowledge and psychological status of nursing students in a university in Chongqing

Objective To understand the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) knowledge and psychological status of nursing students in a university in Chongqing, so as to provide the evidence for propaganda, education and psychological intervention in the later stage. Methods A total of 1 250 nursing students were selected by the convenient sampling method and were investigated by the novel coronavirus pneumonia knowledge questionnaire, psychological condition questionnaire, and self-rating anxiety scale. Results The score of knowledge of the nursing students was (7.26±1.33), which was above the moderate level; the anxiety score was (39.40±7.10), which was significantly higher than the Chinese norm (P<0.01). The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the grade, only child in a family, knowledge level, friends or classmates with (suspected) infection, and community with (suspected) infection were the influencing factors of anxiety level of nursing students (all P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing students have a good command of covid-19 knowledge, but the comprehensiveness of knowledge needs to be further improved. Some nursing students have anxiety, so it is suggested that colleges and universities should strengthen covid-19 related knowledge and pay attention to psychological counseling of the nursing students.
