大咯血患者外周血管介入治疗的临床效果分析

目的 探讨大咯血患者外周血管介入治疗的临床效果。方法 参照随机数字表法将本院2018年1月—2019年1月大咯血患者100例分为2组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用外周血管介入治疗,比较2组血气指标及并发症发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组剩余碱(1.63±0.04)mmol/L、动脉血氧分压(11.69±0.95)kPa,高于对照组的(1.58±0.06)mmol/L、(10.71±0.94)kPa,动脉血二氧化碳分压(4.65±0.30)kPa,低于对照组的(4.78±0.28)kPa,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(6%)低于对照组(22%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.316,P=0.021)。结论 大咯血患者外周血管介入治疗的临床效果较好,可改善血气指标,降低并发症发生率。

Clinical effect of peripheral vascular interventional therapy in patients with massive hemoptysis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the peripheral vascular interventional therapy in patients with massive hemoptysis. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 100 patients with massive hemoptysis were divided into a control group and a trial group according to the random digital table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the routine treatment, and the trial group was treated with peripheral vascular intervention. The blood gas index and complication rate were investigated and compared between two groups. Results After the treatment, the residual base (BE) and the arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) of the trial group were higher than those of the control group, the partial pressure of the arterial blood carbon dioxide (PaCO2) was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of the trial group was lower than that of the control group (6% vs. 22%, χ2=5.316, P=0.021). Conclusion The clinical effect of the peripheral vascular interventional therapy in the patients with massive hemoptysis is better, the blood gas index can be improved, and the complication rate can be reduced.
