| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of echocardiography in coronary artery disease in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods From October 2017 to January 2019, 100 children with Kawasaki disease treated in a hospital were examined by echocardiography and the results were analyzed to observe the coronary artery disease. Results With the coronary arteriography diagnosis as the “golden diagnostic standard”, the degree of accuracy of echocardiography was 87% (87/100), the sensitivity was 96.55% (84/87), and the specificity was 84.62% (11/13). Conclusion The echocardiography can safely and clearly observe the process of coronary artery disease and the ratio of coronary artery to aortic diameter, which provides important information for the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease. Therefore, the application of echocardiography is beneficial to the treatment of Kawasaki disease and improves the prognosis. |
