遮掩效应与中介效应:大学生社会支持与网购成瘾作用机制

目的探讨大学生网购成瘾与社会支持和心理韧性之间的关系,以及心理韧性在社会支持和网购成瘾之间的中介作用。方法采用社会支持量表(SSRS),网购成瘾量表(OSAQCS),心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)对安徽某高校的463名本科生进行问卷调查。结果大学生的网购成瘾得分为(81.38±14.65)分,15.09%的大学生存在网购成瘾状况。其中性别、是否恋爱、平均月生活费和平均网购月消费在网购成瘾上的得分差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。心理韧性与社会支持、网购成瘾之间呈正相关(r=0.282、0.299,P值均<0.05)。心理韧性在社会支持和网购成瘾之间起部分中介效应,中介效应为遮掩效应。结论大学生心理韧性在社会支持与网购成瘾间有中介作用。

Masking effect and mediating effect: mechanism of college students' social support and online shopping addiction

Objective To explore the relationship between online shopping addiction, social support and psychological resilience, and the mediating role of psychological resilience between social support and online shopping addiction. Methods A total of 463 undergraduates from a university in Anhui Province were investigated with Social Support Scale (SSRS), Online Shopping Addiction Scale (OSAQCS) and Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Results The score of online shopping addiction of college students was (81.38±14.65), and 15.09% of them were addicted to online shopping. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of genders, love or not, average monthly living expenses, and average monthly consumption of online shopping (all P<0.05). The psychological resilience was positively correlated with social support and online shopping addiction (r=0.282, 0.299, both P<0.05). The psychological resilience played a partial mediating effect between social support and online shopping addiction, and the mediating effect was the masking effect. Conclusion The psychological resilience of college students plays a mediating role between social support and online shopping addiction.
