放射状与环乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤疗效比较

目的 对比放射状与环乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤美观效果及并发症发生情况。方法 选择2017年5月—2020年5月期间我院收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者166例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各83例。对照组手术行放射状切口,观察组手术行环乳晕切口,比较两组治疗效果、乳房美观度及并发症。结果 观察组治疗有效率97.59%高于对照组85.54%(χ2=7.801,P=0.005),切口瘢痕(2.37±0.54)分高于对照组(1.45±0.49)分(χ2=11.495,P=0.001)、色素沉积(2.21±0.59)分高于对照组(1.16±0.35)分(χ2=11.258,P=0.001),乳房外形(2.04±0.61)分高于对照组(1.23±0.24)分(χ2=13.945,P=0.001),并发症发生率4.82%低于对照组15.66%(χ2=5.308,P=0.021),差异均有有统计学意义。结论 乳腺良性肿瘤患者手术中采用环乳晕切口效果更好,对乳房外形影响小,美观度更高,且术后并发症较少。

Comparison of curative effect between radial and annular areola incision in treatment of benign breast tumor

Objective To compare the aesthetic effect and complications of radial and annular areola incision in the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods From May 2017 to May 2020, 166 cases of benign breast tumors were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by using the random number table method, with 83 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received a radial incision, and the patients in the observation group received an annular areola incision. The therapeutic effect, breast beauty, and complications were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of 97.59% in the observation group was higher than 85.54% in the control group (χ2=7.801, P=0.005), the incision scar score (2.37±0.54) was higher than (1.45±0.49) in the control group (χ2=11.495, P=0.001), the pigmentation score (2.21±0.59) was higher than (1.16±0.35) in the control group (χ2=11.258, P=0.001), and the breast shape score (2.04±0.61) was higher than (1.23±0.24) in the control group (χ2=13.945). The incidence of complications was 4.82% in the observation group, which was lower than that (15.66%) in the control group (χ2=5.308, P=0.021). Conclusion In the operation of benign breast tumor patients, the effect of annular areola incision is better, which has less impact on breast shape, higher aesthetic degree, and less postoperative complications.
