| 摘 要： | 高血压在脑卒中发生发展中发挥重要的作用,但是这只是针对血压水平而言,对于血压的昼夜节律,尤其是血压昼夜节律紊乱与卒中关系的研究正处于方兴未艾之势。本文主要综述血压昼夜节律的概念、血压节律紊乱分类及其与缺血性卒中的关系,旨在为相关研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Hypertension plays an important role in the pathogenesis of stroke,which,however,is only known at the blood pressure level.The relationship between circadian rhythm of blood pressure(especially the circadian rhythm disorder of blood pressure)and stroke has been a hot research topic.This article reviews the concept of circadian rhythm of blood pressure,classification of circadian rhythm disorder of blood pressure,and the relationship of circadian rhythm disorder of blood pressure with ischemic stroke. |
