包头地区女性2型糖尿病患者尿酸与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性

目的:探讨包头地区女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血尿酸(UA)与颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月至2022年6月期间的包头医学院第一附属医院住院患者中符合纳入标准的女性2型糖尿病患者81例的资料。收集患者一般资料、糖脂代谢指标及血尿酸及颈动脉超声结果等数据。根据颈动脉超声结果将患者分为动脉粥样硬化组(CAS)51例与非动脉粥样硬化组(NCAS)30例。结果:CAS组的年龄、血肌酐、血尿酸比NCAS组水平高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄及UA是CAS的独立危险因素。结论:女性2型糖尿病患者高血尿酸或高年龄水平可能是导致颈动脉粥样硬化发生的风险因素。

Relationship between uric acid and carotid atherosclerosis in female patients with type 2 diabetes in Baotou area

Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid (UA) and carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in female patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) in Baotou area. Methods: 81 female patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from March 2021 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. The general data, glucose and lipid metabolism indexes, blood uric acid and carotid ultrasound results were collected. According to carotid ultrasound results, the patients were divided into atherosclerosis group (CAS) 51 cases and non atherosclerosis group (NCAS) 30 cases. Results: The age, serum creatinine and serum uric acid in CAS group were higher than those in NCAS group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age and UA were independent risk factors for CAS. Conclusion: Higher serum uric acid or age levels in female patients with type 2 diabetes may be risk factors for the carotid atherosclerosis.
