临床感控专科护士胜任力评价指标体系的构建

目的 构建客观、科学的临床感控专科护士胜任力评价指标体系，用于评价临床感控专科护士的核心胜任力，以促进临床感控专科护士培养和认证规范化。方法 运用德尔菲法，对来自沈阳市、太原市、广州市、佛山市、中山市、阳江市等地17所三级甲等医院的27名专家进行2轮函询，确立临床感控专科护士胜任力评价指标体系。结果 第1、第2轮专家的权威系数分别为0.866和0.891，判断系数0.910和0.916，熟悉系数0.822和0.867。总体指标的协调系数分别为0.222,0.209（均P<0.001），确立了包括7个一级指标、31个二级指标，127个三级指标的临床感控专科护士胜任力指标体系。结论 本研究构建的临床感控专科护士胜任力评价指标体系具有可靠性，结合了临床专科护士和感控专科护士的特点，可为临床感控专科护士培养体系的设计和认证提供依据。随着感控形势的发展仍然有待分层和完善。

Construction of evaluation index system of core competency of clinical infection control nurse specialists

Objective To develop an evaluation index system of core competency of clinical infection control nurse specialists, and to promote the standardization of training and certification of infection control nurse specialists. Methods Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 27 experts from 17 tertiary grade-A hospitals in Shenyang, Taiyuan, Guangzhou, Foshan, and Yangjiang, etc. to develop the evaluation index system of core competency of clinical infection control nurse specialists. Results The authority coefficient of experts in the first and second rounds was 0.866 and 0.891; the determination coefficient 0.910 and 0.916, and the familiarity coefficient 0.822 and 0.867 respectively. The coordination coefficient of the overall indicators was 0.222 and 0.209 respectively (all P<0.001). The final evaluation index system of core competency consisted of 7 first-level, 31 second-level and 127 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of core competency of clinical infection control nurse specialists is reliable, which provides reference for the design and certification of the training system of clinical infection control nurse specialists. It still needs to be improved with the development of infection control.
