摘    要:遵义医科大学附属医院在医教协同的背景下,全方位地助推农村订单定向医学生在本科毕业后,再进行3 年毕业后医学继续教育的住院医师规范化培训,以岗位胜任力为导向,通过优化课程体系、完善考核管理、双导师带教、多维度评价体系建设等多措并举,围绕“预防、保健、诊断、治疗、康复、健康管理”等目标要求,培养服务于基层医疗卫生机构“下得去、用得上、留得住、有发展”的居民健康“守门人”,并形成了具有遵医特色的全科住培模式。

Abstract:The Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University comprehensively practice collaboration between medicine and education to promote three years’ standardized training for residents of rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students after graduating. Targeted by job competency, we optimize the curriculum system, complete the procedure of assessment and management, put double tutor teaching into practice, and conduct a multidimensional evaluation system to cultivate our students. Focusing on the “prevention, healthcare function, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, health management” and other necessary goals for eligible general practitioners, we have formed a characteristic standardized training model for general residents to serve primary-level medical and health institutions for more “hardworking, stable and useful health gatekeepers” residents.
