南京市鼓楼区2018—2020年托幼机构消毒效果分析

目的 目的分析了解南京市鼓楼区托幼机构消毒效果,为预防和控制托幼机构中传染性疾病的传播和流行提供依据。方法 按照《托幼机构消毒卫生标准》(DB32/776-2005)、《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》(GB14934-1994),对鼓楼区24家托幼机构的空气、物品表面、餐饮具、工作人员手表面消毒效果进行检测和分析。结果 3年共采集样本973份,总体合格率为95.0%,2018—2020年合格率分别为89.7%、96.8%、100%,呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=42.25,P<0.001)。空气和餐具合格率最高(均为100%),其次为物体表面(91.8%),工作人员手表面合格率最低(87.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=57.68,P<0.001)。3年间工作人员手表面合格率分别为75.5%、93.8%、100%,也随年份变化呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.99,P<0.001)。结论 南京市鼓楼区托幼机构消毒质量总体较好,监管部门应继续加强对消毒效果的监测和对卫生法规、知识的培训,切实保障幼儿健康。

Analysis of disinfection effect of kindergartens in Gulou District of Nanjing from 2018 to 2020

Objective To analyze and understand the disinfection effect of kindergartens in Gulou District, Nanjing City, so as to provide the evidence for preventing and controlling the spread and prevalence of infectious diseases in kindergartens. Methods According to the Hygienic standard for disinfection of nursery (DB32 /T 776-2005) and the Hygienic standard for disinfection of dinner and drinking set (GB14934-1994), the disinfection effects of air, article surface, tableware and staff hand surface in 24 kindergartens in Gulou District were detected and analyzed. Results A total of 973 samples were collected in three years, and the overall qualified rate was 95.0%. The qualified rates from 2018 to 2020 were 89.7%, 96.8% and 100% respectively, showing an upward trend year by year, with statistically significant difference (χ2=42.25, P<0.001). The qualified rates of air and tableware were the highest ( both 100%), followed by article surface (91.8%), and the qualified rate of staff hand surface was the lowest (87.2%) (χ2=57.68, P<0.001). In the past three years, the qualified rates of staff hand surface showed an upward trend year by year (75.5%, 93.8%, 100%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=20.99, P<0.001). Conclusion The disinfection quality of kindergartens in Gulou District of Nanjing City is generally good. The supervision department should continue to strengthen the monitoring of the disinfection effect and the training the staff for health regulations and knowledge, so as to effectively protect the health of children.
