儿科传染病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

目的 构建儿科传染病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为培养及考核儿科传染病专科护士提供参考依据。方法 查阅文献并设计儿科传染病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系框架,运用德尔菲法及层次分析法确定儿科传染病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。结果 共纳入30名咨询专家,2轮专家权威系数分别为0.934、0.940;各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.242~0.269和0.251~0.290（P<0.001）,最终形成包括4个一级指标,10个二级指标,54个三级指标的儿科传染病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。结论 儿科传染病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系科学性、可靠性良好,可为儿科传染病专科护士的培训和评估提供参考依据,提高儿科传染病护理质量。

Construction of evaluation index system for core competence of nursing specialists of pediatric infectious diseases

Objective To construct an evaluation index system of core competence of nursing specialists of pediatric infectious diseases, and to provide reference for the cultivation and evaluation of nursing specialists of pediatric infectious diseases. Methods The framework of core competence evaluation index system of nursing specialists of pediatric infectious diseases was designed after literature review, and the system was constructed by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. Results Thirty experts were consulted, and the expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of consultation was 0.934 and 0.940 respectively; the Kendall concordance coefficient of indicators at all levels ranged from 0.242 to 0.269 and from 0.251 to 0.290 (P<0.001) respectively. The final evaluation index system consisted of 4 first-level, 10 second-level and 54 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of core competence of nursing specialists of pediatric infectious diseases is scientific and reliable, which can provide reference for the training and evaluation of nursing specialists of pediatric infectious diseases and improve the nursing quality of pediatric infectious diseases.
