摘    要:探讨多形性腺瘤基因样蛋白2(PLAGL2)在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法 选取2016年5月至2017年8月本院收治的前列腺癌患者100例,采用免疫组织化学法检测前列腺癌及癌旁组织PLAGL2的表达情况,比较前列腺癌组织及前列腺癌旁组织PLAGL2表现的差异,并分析前列腺癌患者癌组织中PLAGL2与临床病理特征的关系。结果 PLAGL2在前列腺癌组织及癌旁组织中主要表达于细胞胞质中,PLAGL2在前列腺癌组织中阳性表达率为85.0%,在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为18.0%,PLAGL2在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(χ2=89.861,P<0.001);单因素分析显示,前列腺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平及神经浸润是PLAGL2表达的相关因素;logistic多因素分析结果显示,淋巴结转移是前列腺癌患者PLAGL2阳性表达的独立影响因素。结论 前列腺癌患者PLAGL2阳性表达率较高,且与淋巴结转移相关,对其检测有助于病情的评估。

Expression and clinical significance of pleomorphic adenoma gene-like protein 2 in prostate cancer tissue
Abstract:To investigate expression of PLAGL2 in prostate cancer tissue and analyze its relationship with clinical and pathological characteristics.Methods  From May 2016 to August 2017,100 cases of patients with prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital were selected,expression of PLAGL2 in prostate cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was detected with SP,and expressive levels of PLAGL2 were contrasted between prostate cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and relationship of PLAGL2 with clinical and pathological characteristics in prostate cancer tissue were analyzed.Results  PLAGL2 was mainly expressed in cytoplasm of prostate cancer and adjacent tissues. Positive expression rate of PLAGL2 was 85.0% in prostate cancer and was 18% in adjacent tissues, positive expression rate of PLAGL2 was higher in prostate cancer tissues than in adjacent tissues(χ2=89.861,P<0.001),and univariate analysis showed that differentiation of prostate cancer,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,PSA level and nerve infiltration were related factors of PLAGL2 expression.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that lymph node metastasis was an independent factor of PLAGL2 positive expression in prostate cancer patients.Conclusions  The positive expression rate of PLAGL2 in patients with prostate cancer is high, and it is related to lymph node metastasis. The detection of PLAGL2 is helpful for the evaluation of the disease.
