新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控下发热调剂室的药学实践

目的:总结疫情防控下医院发热调剂室的药学实践经验,为完善相关规范提供参考。方法:对发热调剂室的组织架构、人力资源配置、工作流程、人文关怀、防控策略和药品配备等方面进行了设计和规范,并认真实施。结果:发热调剂室运行良好,整体风险可控。结论:该实践经验操作性和规范性相对较好,可良性运转并能降低感染风险,值得参考和推广。

The pharmaceutical practice for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the fever pharmacy

OBJECTIVE To summarize the practical experience of pharmacy in hospital fever dispensing room under epidemic prevention and control,and to provide reference for perfecting relevant norms.METHODS The organizational structure,human resource allocation,workflow,humanistic care,prevention and control strategies and drug allocation of the fever dispensing room were designed and standardized,and seriously implemented.RESULTS The fever dispensing room operated well and the overall risk was controllable. CONCLUSION The practical experience is relatively good in operability and standardization,it can operate in a well-balanced way and can reduce the risk of infection,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
