中国患者奥沙利铂临床应用特征的多中心评价

目的:对奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin,OXA)的具体用药情况进行分析,了解其临床用药特征,为规范OXA的临床应用提供参考。方法:通过集中监测方法开展多中心前瞻性研究,选取湖北省10家三甲医院,对使用OXA的住院患者进行数据收集,统计患者一般信息、临床诊断、OXA相关用药信息等。结果:OXA用药患者年龄多为50~69岁,临床诊断主要是结直肠癌、胃癌等消化肿瘤;给药方式主要为静脉滴注,存在少量泵入及经肝动脉化疗栓塞的给药方式,部分患者给药剂量不符合指南推荐;给药速度范围为每分钟25~90滴。99.5%患者使用OXA推荐溶媒即葡萄糖注射液,存在少量其他溶媒使用情况。结论:OXA在临床用药基本符合说明书规范,但溶媒及剂量存在不符说明书用药情况,临床应规范其临床应用,保障患者安全。

A multicenter of the clinical evalution characteristics of oxaliplatin in Chinese patients

OBJECTIVE To analyze the specific drug use of oxaliplatin(OXA)in the real world,understand its clinical drug use characteristics,so as to provide reference for regulating the clinical application of OXA.METHODS A multicenter prospective study was carried out by means of centralized monitoring.Ten first-class hospitals in Hubei province were selected to collect the data of patients administered with OXA,including general information,clinical diagnosis and OXA-related medication information.RESULTS Most patients with OXA were between 50 and 69 years old,and the clinical diagnoses was mainly colorectal cancer,gastric cancer and other digestive tumors;ivinfusion was the main method of administration,with a small amount of infusion and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.The dosage of some patients did not meet the recommendations of the guidelines.The rate of administration ranged from 25 to 90 drops/min.In 99.5% of patients,glucose injection was used as OXA solvent,and other types of solvent were used in rare cases.CONCLUSION OXA basically conforms to the specifications in clinical medication,but the solvent and dose are inconsistent with the specifications in clinical medication.Its clinical application should be standardized in clinical practice to ensure the safety of patients.
