贵阳市大学生健康素养及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 了解贵阳市大学生健康素养水平和影响因素,为高校开展健康促进工作提供参考。方法 于2019年9月—12月对多阶段分层整群随机抽样抽取的4所高校的1 064名在校大学生采用健康素养问卷进行面对面调查,使用SPSS 24.0进行χ2检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 贵阳市大学生健康素养总体水平为26.2%。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能素养水平依次降低。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、民族、健康教育课程是大学生健康素养水平的影响因素(OR值分别为0.716、1.445、1.687),男生、少数民族、未修健康教育课程大学生健康素养水平均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 贵阳市大学生健康素养水平有待提升,高校有针对性地加强大学生健康素养促进工作,提高整体健康素养水平。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of health literacy and its influencing factors of college students in Guiyang City, so as to provide the reference for developing health promotion in colleges and universities. Methods From September to December in 2019, a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 064 college students selected from four universities by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method. The data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 for chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The overall level of health literacy of college students in Guiyang City was 26.2%. The levels of basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyle and behavior, basic skills literacy decreased in turn. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, nationality and health education curriculum were the influencing factors of college students' health literacy level (OR=0.716, 1.445 and 1.687, respectively). The health literacy levels of male students, ethnic minorities, and college students without health education curriculum were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The health literacy level of college students in Guiyang needs to be improved. Colleges and universities should strengthen the promotion of college students' health literacy and improve their overall health literacy level.
