医学专业教师心理健康状况调查分析

摘    要:目的了解高校医学专业教师的心理健康状况,为此类人群心理问题防治提供参考。方法在山东省范围内随机抽取3所医学高校和3所非医学高校,对专业教师进行健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)问卷调查。结果共收到有效问卷462份,医学专业教师SDS评分为(59.33±11.68),高于非医学专业教师的(55.47±12.24),(t=2.486,P=0.006);SAS评分为(53.73±11.26),高于非医学专业教师的(50.88±10.86),(t=2.514,P=0.006),基础医学教师各SF-36评分均高于临床医学专业教师:躯体功能评分分别为(85.86±15.20)和(82.66±15.68),(t=2.254,P=0.041);躯体疼痛评分为(68.55±16.73)和(64.84±15.84),(t=2.683,P=0.006);总体健康感评分为(66.33±17.63)和(62.88±16.78),(t=2.765,P=0.007);SDS评分为(54.67±12.46)和(62.54±13.80),(t=-3.366,P=0.001);SAS评分为(54.98±13.22)和(63.46±13.96),(t=-3.568,P=0.001)。高级职称专业教师SF-36评分各维度均低于中初级职称:躯体功能评分分别为(82.77±12.35)和(86.76±14.68),(t=-2.684,P=0.006)、躯体疼痛评分为(66.56±13.46)和(69.44±15.74),(t=-2.166,P=0.041)、精神健康评分为(63.73±16.29)和(68.68±16.88),(t=-2.424,P=0.007)。结论高校医学专业教师心理健康问题较严重,需引起高度重视。

Abstract:Objective To understand the mental health status of professional teachers in medical colleges and universities, so as to provide the reference for the prevention and treatment of psychological problems of such people. Methods Three medical colleges and three non-medical colleges were randomly selected in Shandong Province, and their professional teachers were investigated with the Short-form-36 Health Survey (SF-36), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Results A total of 462 valid questionnaires were received. The average SDS score of the medical group was (59.33±11.68), higher than that of the non-medical group (55.47±12.24), (t=2.486, P=0.006); the average SAS score of the medical group was (53.73±11.26), higher than that of the non-medical group (50.88±10.86), (t=2.514, P=0.006). The average SF-36 scores of basic medical teachers were higher than those of clinical medical teachers: the average physical function scores were (85.86±15.20) and (82.66±15.68) respectively, (t=2.254, P=0.041); bodily pain scores were (68.55±16.73) and (64.84±15.84) respectively, (t=2.683, P=0.006); general health scores were (66.33±17.63) and (62.88±16.78) respectively, (t=2.765, P=0.007); the SDS scores were (54.67±12.46) and (62.54±13.80) respectively, (t=-3.366, P=0.001), and the SAS scores were (54.98±13.22) and (63.46±13.96) respectively, (t=-3.568, P=0.001). SF-36 scores of senior professional teachers were lower than those of middle and primary professional teachers: physical function scores were (82.77±12.35) and (86.76±14.68) respectively, (t=-2.684, P=0.006), bodily pain scores were (66.56±13.46) and (69.44±15.74) respectively, (t=-2.166, P=0.041), mental health scores were (63.73±16.29) and (68.68±16.88) respectively, (t=-2.424, P=0.007). Conclusion The mental health problems of the professional teachers in medical colleges and universities are serious, which should be paid more attention to.
