我国药品质量相关的药害事件的回顾性分析

药害事件泛指药物治疗导致的风险或事件,用药差错、药物不良反应和药物不良事件均属于药害事件的范畴。我国近年来发生的重大药害事件,多数与药品质量问题有关,造成了严重的后果,甚至为此付出巨大的生命代价。本文通过回顾近年来我国重大药害事件,着重分析在药品生产及监管等环节的漏洞和疏忽,期待以此为戒,避免类似的药害事件发生,为公众健康保驾护航。

Retrospective analysis of drug qualitary related medication misadventure in China

Medication misadventure generally refer to the risks or events caused by drug treatment, and medication errors, adverse drug reactions and adverse drug events. Most of the major medication misadventure in China in recent years are related to drug quality problems, which have caused serious consequences and even paid a huge cost of life for them. By reviewing the major medication misadventure in China in recent years, this paper focuses on the analysis of loopholes and omissions in drug production and supervision and other links, and looks forward to considering this as a warning to avoid the occurrence of similar medication misadventure and escort public health.
