| 摘 要： | 目的:提高抗新型冠状病毒药物在老年患者中使用的有效性、安全性。方法:检索文献,从老年患者的抗病毒药物选择、特殊老年患者的药学监护、不良反应、药物相互作用、用药依从性等方面总结、分析。结果:药师对老年患者提出合理的用药建议。结论:老年患者由于其特殊性,应强调个体化治疗,加强老年患者的药学监护。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To improve efficacy and safety of medication in the therapy of COVID-19 in the elderly patients.METHODS Literatures were searched and analyzed from the aspects of antiviral drug selection for elderly patients, pharmaceutical care for special elderly patients, adverse reactions, drug interactions, and medication compliance.RESULTS Pharmacists provided reasonable medication suggestions for elderly patients.CONCLUSION Due to the particularity of the elderly population,individualized treatment should be emphasized and pharmaceutical care should be strengthened in elderly patients. |
