| 摘 要： | 膀胱癌的发病率居高不下,是威胁全世界人类生命的主要肿瘤之一,其在西方国家发病率较高,在我国的发病也逐年增长,根治性膀胱全切术联合盆腔淋巴结清扫(PLND)是治疗膀胱癌的标准治疗术式,但PLND的最佳清扫范围仍是争论的热点问题,相关的淋巴结因素的预后意义也说法不一,本文通过回顾相关文献,对PLND相关研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Bladder cancer has high morbidity and mortality rates worldwide. Its incidence is high in western countries and has shown an increasing trend in China. While radical cystectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) is the standard treatment for bladder cancer,the optimal range of PLND remains controversial. In addition,the prognostic value of lymph node factors is also unclear. This article reviews research advances in PLND. |
