新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间大学生的心理状态调查

目的 通过问卷调查了解在新冠肺炎疫情期间大学生的心理状态,为今后突发公共卫生事件学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法 采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表,通过问卷星对1 400名大学生进行匿名式调查,应用SPSS 21.0软件进行数据分析。结果 1 294名大学生抑郁检出率为21.51%,其中轻度、中度、重度分别为13.85%、7.32%、0.34%;焦虑检出率为9.46%,其中轻度、中度、重度分别为8.36%、0.91%、0.19%。男生抑郁(44.71±12.88)分、焦虑(40.35±9.28)分,女生抑郁(42.28±10.86)分、焦虑(38.70±7.61)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.232, P=0.005;t=2.163,P=0.046)。不同年级大学生抑郁、焦虑得分差异无统计学意义(F=1.498,P=0.221;F=1.021,P=0.362)。结论 疫情期间男女大学生出现不同程度的焦虑及抑郁心理问题,学校管理部门应采取措施对学生进行精准心理健康教育。

Investigation on psychological state of college students during COVID-19 epidemic period

Objective To investigate the psychological state of college students during the epidemic period of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19) through questionnaire survey, so as to provide an evidence for the mental health education of students with public health emergencies in the future. Methods By using the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), an anonymous survey was conducted among 1 400 college students through questionnaires. SPSS21.0 software was used for data statistical analysis. Results The detection rate of depression in 1 294 college students was 21.51%, in which mild, moderate and severe were 13.85%, 7.32% and 0.34%, respectively; the detection rate of anxiety was 9.46%, in which the mild, moderate and severe were 8.36%, 0.91% and 0.19%, respectively. The scores of depression and anxiety in boys were (44.71±12.88), (40.35±9.28), and the scores of depression and anxiety in girls were (42.28±10.86) and (38.70±7.61), respectively. The differences between the boys and girls were statistically significant (t=2.232, P=0.005; t=2.163, P=0.046). However, there was no significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety among different grades of the college students (F=1.498, P=0.221; F=1.021, P=0.362). Conclusion During the epidemic period, the male and female college students have different degrees of anxiety and depression psychological problems. Therefore, the school management department should take the measures to carry out accurate mental health education for the students.
