手术室护士院内感染的现状与预防对策

目的：了解目前手术室护士职业防护知识现状，提出合理化建议和措施。方法：采用自行设计的职业防护知识调查表，以访谈和问卷相结合的方法进行调查分析。结果：手术室护士自我防护意识较强，职业防护存在障碍的主要原因是预防标准实施不规范，防护用具缺乏，面对合并传染病的手术患者时职业心理状态较差。结论：预防自身院内感染，应提高手术室整体防护能力，重视职业安全教育，加强手术室防护基础建设，推行标准化的防护管理，规范防护流程和强化督导干预措施的严格落实。

The situation and countermeasure about hospital operating room nurses' infection

Objective:To understand the operating room nurses' actualitie s about the occupational protection and put forward the rational proposals and me asures.Methods:Investigate and analyze the actualities in the form of interview and questionnaire.Results:The investigation showed the operating room nurses' co nsciousness about self protection was strong and the main reasons of poor occu pation protection were follows:the prevention criterion is not performed strictl y,the protection implements were limited and the mental appearance was poor when facing the surgical patients with infectious diseases.Conclusion:The whole prot ectional ability of operating room nurses should be improved, the occupation saf ety education should be appreciated, the basic occupation protection criterion s hould be strengthened , the standard management in occupation protection should be promoted , the protection process should be normalized and the strict monito r should be enhanced so as to prevent the infection in the hospital.
