雷公藤与4种中药饮片配伍对雷公藤内酯醇的影响

摘    要:目的 研究赤芍、莱菔子、佛手、竹茹与雷公藤配伍后对雷公藤内酯醇的影响.方法 4种饮片分别与雷公藤配伍,加水提取,用HPLC测定雷公藤单提液及其配伍提取液中的雷公藤内酯醇.结果 佛手-雷公藤配伍提取液中雷公藤内酯醇约增加25%(P<0.05).其余配伍提取液中雷公藤内酯醇无显著变化.结论 佛手和雷公藤配伍能明显增加提取液中雷公藤内酯醇,其余配伍对雷公藤内酯醇无显著影响.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the content variation of triptolide when Tripterygium wilfordii respective compatible with Red Peony Root,Radish Seed,Finger Citron and Bamboo Shavings,and to study the rationality of the traditional Chinese drug compatibility.METHODS Decocted respectively the Tripterygium wilfordii and the four Chinese crude drugs with water,and evaluated the triptolide by HPLC.RESULTS The content of triptolide in the decoction of Tripterygium wilfordii compatible with Finger Citron was higher than Tripterygium wilfordii by 25% with statistical treatment,while the content in others had no significant change.CONCLUSION Finger Citron may obviously increase the content of triptolide.Red Peony Root,Radish Seed and Bamboo Shavings had quiet influence on it.
